LOUISE LOVE RETURNS POLICY

 

Girls! At Louise Love we are very proud of our reputation for quality, splendid customer service and complete devotion to our clients! We will happily provide you with a refund or exchange for full priced items, where all of the following conditions are fulfilled:

  • the goods are in saleable condition, in their original packaging.
  • the goods have not been worn, damaged or laundered.
  • the goods are returned within 14 working days of purchase date.
  • the original invoice as proof of purchase is provided.
Alternatively we will be pleased to provide you with a refund at our discretion for items that:

  • are faulty (unless YOU, my loves, became entangled in a situation and the garment was ruined by your good self!) 
  • have been incorrectly labelled or tagged by Louise Love
  • are different/not the same as the goods you purchased 

All Returns must be returned to Louise Love within 14 days to be eligible for a refund or an exchange.  Returns after this period cannot  be accepted. If a refund is approved, the refund will be applied to your original card of purchase.  Unfortunately we do not refund original shipping charges.

Please note that sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless deemed faulty.

LOUISE LOVE EXCHANGE POLICY

Items can only be exchanged for a different size or colour in the same style. All exchanges are subject to availability.

Exchanges will only be accepted if:

  • the goods are in a saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags still intact
  • the goods have not been worn, damaged or washed
  • the goods are returned within 14 working days of purchase date 
  • the original invoice as proof of purchase is provided.

LOUISE LOVE RETURNS SHIPPING

Return shipping must be prepaid and sent by a traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Louise Love takes no responsibility for missing deliveries. Return shipping charges are not refundable.

Louise Love will reimburse any reasonable documented shipping charges for return of goods that have been deemed faulty.

LIMITATIONS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns online for items purchased through DAVID JONES
The following items are not refundable or exchangeable for other items: lingerie, accessories or sale items unless deemed faulty.

HOW TO EXCHANGE YOUR LOUISE LOVE ONLINE ORDER

Please email online@louiselove.com.au to request a returns authorisation number. Returns will not be accepted without appropriate paperwork and a returns authorisation number.

Please fill out the returns and exchange form sent to you when you request a return, and send to the below address with the returned item/s:

LOUISE LOVE PACKAGING AND SHIPPING 

We use Australia Post Parcel Post, email tracking advice available.

Orders placed on a weekend or any public holiday will be processed within 24 hours or the next business day.

NOTE: We currently only ship items to addresses within Australia. Please ensure your delivery details are correct as we are unable to re-direct packages once your order has been dispatched.

Please note, we do not ship to PO Boxes. Orders that are submitted with PO Boxes will be contacted for an alternate delivery address.

Louise Love Standard Shipping Charges

$15.00  Australia-wide (All charges quoted to you are inclusive of GST.)
You may be required to pay further charges where a change in delivery or delivery address is requested by you.

Louise Love Shipping Time

Delivery for orders placed by 10.00 A.M. Monday - Friday AEST (for in-stock items only) are shipped via Australia Post Parcel Post and should be delivered within 3-7 days depending on your address location. Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and Louise Love will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
Orders are subject to availability.
Orders will be delivered between Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. Please note, unfortunately we are unable to deliver on weekends.

Ownership and Risk

Ownership and risk of damage in the goods passes to you upon delivery at your specified delivery address.

Availability of Product

All orders are subject to availability. We will do our VERY best to supply you with your ordered item. Please note, on occasion your dream purchase may not be available. In this instance the Louise Love Team will contact you and offer you a replacement size or refund for the available item.
